Return and Exchange Policy

For your peace of mind, we gladly accept returns or exchanges on all items within 30 days from the date of receipt. Your satisfaction is our priority at Whyte Oak.

We strive to accommodate exchanges based on stock availability. If the size you desire is unavailable, we offer a 90-day store credit for your convenience and satisfaction.

Please note:

  • For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for jewellery and headwear, including earrings, necklaces, hats and scrunchies, unless faulty.
  • Products in our FINAL CLEARANCE category cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is faulty. Full priced and sale items can be returned for 90 days store credit.

 

HOW TO RETURN or EXCHANGE AN ITEM

Conditions of Return or Exchange

- Original swing tags attached
- No make up or fake tan marks
- No strong scent, perfume or deodorant
- Complete the returns form that came with your order - or download a new one by clicking the link below.

- Please do not write RTS (Return to Sender) on parcels as Australia Post will charge our account for your return. If this happens the postage fee will be taken off your credit 

- Make sure your order number, name, address, email, phone number are included along with a list of alternative item(s) in case we have sold out of your first choice.

- An email will be sent to you once we receive your returned order.

- Standard delivery charges apply on re-delivery for online exchanges; unless goods are exchanged in accordance with your statutory rights (e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).

- All exchanges remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by whyte oak.
