Full Priced Items
Items that have been purchased at full price are eligible for a refund or store credit when returned to WHYTE OAK  ONLINE return address within 30 days of delivery. Please note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping.

Promotional Items
Items that have been purchased during a promotion (e.g FLASH SALE) are subject to promotional specific return conditions. Please see below for specific terms and conditions.

SALE Items
Items that have been purchased from our SALE category are FINAL SALE. Sale items that are marked Final Sale are not eligible for a return, exchange or store credit.

Purchasing from WHYTE OAK ONLINE
Products displayed on this site can be purchased using a secure online Mastercard and Visa and other transaction facilities. Customers can be confident that their details provided are protected by the latest security methods and are used only for the purpose of the transaction fulfilment.

You will be asked to register as a member of WHYTE OAK. If you do not want to register with us, you are able to complete your transaction via our Guest Checkout option. Your personal details and postal address will not be saved and you will not receive exclusive WHYTE OAK ONLINE sale alerts.

Placing an Order
All orders are subject to acceptance by WHYTE OAK and are subject to availability. After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean your order has been accepted. We will confirm acceptance by sending you an email that confirms your order has been dispatched.

Once your order has been placed the payment will be on hold in your account until the order has been dispatched. If for any reason we are unable to send any items or you edit your order, your account will reflect the correct and current charge after dispatch. We reserve the right to verify any orders upon suspicion of credit card fraud and to cancel any order. You will be notified immediately if your order has been cancelled via email or phone.

Pricing
All prices are in AUSTRALIAN Dollars (AUD$) and are inclusive of GST (10% sales tax)

All prices shown at the time of purchase are correct and will be charged. WHYTE OAK reserve the right to alter prices for any reason.
PLEASE NOTE- We will not refund the difference in price if an item that has been purchased is now discounted.

There may be slight variations between these and the products themselves. All sizes are based on standard Australian sizing, a size chart can be found on all product pages. All products are subject to availability.
