Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are measured from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to carrier circumstances beyond our control.

International delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing times in New Zealand. WHYTE OAK is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged upon delivery — these are the responsibility of the recipient.
Free Shipping Threshold
Enjoy free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $150 AUD. This is automatically applied at checkout — no code required.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
If you have not received your tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@whyteoak.com.au.
Restrictions & Exclusions
- We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand only. We do not offer shipping to other international destinations at this time.
- We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers for Express orders — please provide a street address.
- Free shipping applies to standard delivery only and cannot be combined with Express shipping.
- WHYTE OAK reserves the right to modify shipping rates and thresholds at any time without prior notice.
