Returns and Exchange Policy

At Whyte Oak, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer easy returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date of receipt. Shop with confidence knowing your peace of mind matters to us.


How to Return or Exchange an Item

To initiate a return or exchange, please ensure your item meets our return conditions below.
Simply complete the Returns Form included in your parcel or download a new one using the link below.

Once your return has been processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation from our team.

✉️ Please Note:

  • Do not mark parcels as RTS (Return to Sender), as Australia Post will charge our account.

  • If this occurs, the postage fee will be deducted from your store credit or refund.


Conditions of Return or Exchange

We gladly accept returns or exchanges when items are:

  • Returned within 30 days of receiving your order

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Have original swing tags attached

  • Free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, or fake tan marks

All exchanges remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Whyte Oak.
Standard delivery charges apply for re-delivery unless the goods are faulty or not as ordered.


Refunds & Store Credit

We strive to accommodate exchanges based on stock availability.
If the size or style you want is unavailable, we’ll provide a full refund or 90-day store credit for your convenience.

Refunds are processed via your original payment method once your return is received and inspected. Store credit will be issued as a Whyte Oak Gift Card for future purchases.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following items unless faulty:

  • Jewellery (including earrings and necklaces)

  • Headwear (including hats and scrunchies)

Items marked as FINAL CLEARANCE cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Full-priced and sale items can be returned for a refund or 90-day store credit.
